Cause
The most common causes of neck discomfort and stiffness include bad posture, over‹ise, and uncomfolab le sleeping positions. However, there are instances when it can point to a major injury like whiplash or a disease.As per the SSA guidelines degenerative disc disease, herniated disc, arthritis, whiplash, cervical spondylosis, cervical lordosis and cancer are neck problems that can even cause disability.
Symptoms
The intensity and Iength of neck pain symptoms can vary. Neck discomfort frequently stans suddenly and subsides in a few of days or weeks. It might develop chronic at other times. Your neck pain could be lime and barely affect your day-to-day activities, or it could be severe and incapacitate you. Majority of people show no symptoms.
